I’ve been a barber for 46 years in Los Angeles and in Las Vegas I come from a family of barbers I am an s.o.b ( son of a barber & beautician) my parents had seven kids half of us went into the business with them a family used to own three barber colleges in Southern California I was a barber instructor for a number of years and then I moved out to Las Vegas because my brother had a shop here, my father and one of his students opened the first Barber college in Nevada my family also were the first black owned Barber college in California. I worked with my brother for over a decade after that I work for the art of shaving franchise for 7 years they closed up when Covid hit, I was semi-retired for a little while but now I’m back at it working with Chat at friendly Barber shop.
