Belinda has been cutting hair since 1977, when she attended the Hawaii Institute of Hair Design. Originally from Hawaii, she has worked in many military branch barbershops, managed a number of locations, as well as owned and operated her own shop for 6 years. With 37 years of experience under her belt, Belinda continues to take classes to ensure that she’s up to date on the changing trends in hairstyling.
